Clients must provide accurate information, follow landlord requirements, communicate respectfully with all parties, comply with applicable laws.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information regarding their rental history, financial status, and other relevant details. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from our services.
We facilitate introductions between tenants and housing providers but are not a party to any rental agreements. Any lease, rental agreement, or housing arrangement is strictly between the tenant and the landlord. We are not liable for any disputes, financial transactions, or issues arising between these parties.
Our services may be provided free of charge or for a fee, depending on the assistance level requested. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before service delivery. Fees paid to Haven Home Finders are
non-refundable
